Otherwise, we’ll explain our design process, so that you can understand everything that goes into designing a high quality logo.
Our logo design process consists of four simple steps:
- Information Gathering
- Draft designs
- Polishing of chosen design
- Final changes
First we will discuss with you any pertinent information you can provide to guide the design of your logo. This information includes things such as your line of business, company colors, current logo (if applicable) and any design ideas or preferences you may have. All of these factors will guide our design decisions as we move towards the next step: draft logo designs.
The next step is producing a few draft designs for you to consider. We will produce 2-3 designs for you to choose from that will include different combinations of imagery, fonts and colors. From this selection you will choose the design that will become your new logo.
Once you have chosen the final look of your logo, we will take the draft version of that design and polish the details finalizing things such as colors, spacing, fonts etc. We will then present the final design to you for your final approval. If we nailed it, this will be the final version of your logo and we will provide all source files.
In this step we make the final tweaks and changes to your logo to make it absolutely perfect.
So how much is this logo going to cost exactly?
Simple non-vector logos start at $99. This option we will produce a logo for you in one size usually (300×200). You can then use it on business cards, letter heads, your website and more. Non-vector logos will not be suitable for subsequent large projects such as vehicle lettering, billboards and other large format imagery.
Higher end vector logos start at $300 and vary depending on the complexity of the logo and its associated elements. Vector logos can be resized infinitely without any quality loss. These logos are of the highest quality, but also more expensive. Vector logos require more work as each element needs to be drawn in vector format.
