- Search
- Customer Reviews
- Social Media Profiles
1. Search
Search engine optimization is both for humans and for the search engine itself.
Optimizing page meta values such as the page title and description, allows you to control how your website appears when it shows up in search results.

2. Customer Reviews
Many people go looking for reviews from past customers when making a purchasing decision.Making sure customers help spread their positive experiences, will help guide potential customers when make their buying decision.
The first unfortunate reality of online reviews, is that negative reviews tend to come much more easily than positive ones.
Engaging with disgruntled customers, gives you an opportunity to showcase your customer service skills, and turn a negative situation into a positive one.
Secondly, encouraging and reminding customers to share their positive experiences will help balance out any negative reviews, and also help spread the word about your product or service.
3. Social Media Profiles
Another place potential clients may search for your business is on social media. Making sure your Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other profiles convey a positive image of your business/product/service is crucial.
Additionally, social media profile will generally appear high in search results as well, so making sure they are up to date, and convey a positive image has double the benefit.
